Registration

The conference fee is DKK 2,500 - including coffee, lunch and the proceedings volume.

Academia will upon presenting valid documentation pay DKK 1000. To qualify for the reduced conference fee a copy of relevant ID must be submitted upon registration.

Registration after 15th April 2012 will be charged with an extra fee of DKK 1000 and 500 for Academia.

When you register your travel and accommodation you have the possibility to make a remark that you would like to see 62n price offer before booking. Thereafter 62n will contact you, and if you would like to proceed with the offer, booking will be done in cooperation with you.

Registration/Cancellation fee
Cancellations 45 days before departure will be refunded for a cancellation fee of DKK 1000. Cancellations less than 45 days before departure will not be refunded. Substitutions are welcome at any time but prior notification will be appreciated.

Payment
The cost is payable by credit cards. Note that a credit card payment fee will be added the amount.
