Travel & Accommodation

62°N will on behalf of the Faroese Earth and Energy Directorate handle the conference delegates’ requirements regarding travel, accommodation etc.

Registration is available through 62°N who will revert to you within one working day.

Prices for accommodation are stated on the registration form.

Atlantic Airways
With direct flights from Denmark and Iceland access to the Faroe Islands is convenient. In the registration form you can choose the airport you wish to fly from and to which you would like to return and 62°N will assist you with connecting flights.

In addition 62°N offers assistance if you wish to extend your stay in the Faroes.

Accommodation
Rooms will be booked at Hotel Hafnia, Hotel Streym and Hotel Tórshavn which are situated in the heart of Tórshavn close to the harbour and Tinganes, the old part of Tórshavn, and at Hotel Føroyar which is a modern hotel situated above the city centre featuring a splendid view over the city and the sea. In addition room will be booked at hostel Kerjalon which is situated near Hotel Føroyar.
